Welcome to OneVeganYogi!

Friends!!! I am so happy and grateful to begin a new journey into the blogosphere. I have been thinking about making this leap for quite some time, and as the events of my life have currently unfolded, I happen to finally have the time, energy, and zeal to start sharing my path and journey with all of you. I am aiming to use this blog as a journal of sorts, documenting my yoga practice, new vegan recipes, and anything that comes up regarding my practice in general. My hope is that, through my words, and ideas, others might feel inspired and encouraged to make changes in their lifestyle, or to perhaps adopt an entirely new way of living. I am grateful that you are here, reading these words, and that you are equally a part of my journey, as I hope to be a part of yours!
