Yoga is a comprehensive practice used to unveil our innermost self, and allowing us to live a full and meaningful life, free from fear, anxiety, and feelings of unworthiness. We are all on Earth for a purpose, and the practice of yoga can help us find our individual path. Asanas, or yoga poses, help to discipline the body, and eventually, the mind, allowing us to live fully, and experience the joy of existence.

Meditation is one of the eight limbs of the yogic path, known as Dhyana. Through the practice of meditation, we can seek the benefit of slowing down, and seeking inner-knowledge, while deeping our connection with the physical world. In meditation, we take a temporary respite from the material world, and start to experience the hard work, and splendor of finding ourselves within.

Our dietary choices are some of the biggest and most important decisions that we can make in a day. How we eat not only effects our health and well-being, but it influences the health and well-being of all of those around us. From our children, to the whales, to the oxygen that we breathe, each food choice has a direct implication on our world at large. A plant-based diet, is nutritious, delicious, eco-friendly, and a benefit to everyone who shares this Earth!
